The Perspective: February Blog, Weekly Edition

Associated Bank earned a score of 100 on the HRC Foundations Corporate Equality Index. This is represented by its actions as a business to be inclusive and provide great experiences for everyone. One of the things that they are proud of is their inclusion of LGBTQ+ workplace equality.

A note from the president and CEO of Associated Bank stated that “Associated Bank is committed to a diverse workforce”. Additionally, the EVP and director of branch banking stated “Associated Bank’s pride and equality CRG strives to be a visible resource within the company and in our communities…leaders and colleagues alike continue to positively impact our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion journey and share a commitment to continued growth in fostering an inclusive workplace”.

By implementing these values and commitments to an inclusive workplace environment, Associated Bank proves that they are on the right path to influence a positive change for workplaces around the world.
