The Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce updated Think Eau Claire as a resource to help attract individuals and companies to the Eau Claire area and help those who just moved to the area get settled. This resource can be a valuable tool for individuals and companies to attract talent and help establish a foundation upon moving to the area.

When a company is setting up a location in a new area or when a new workforce member moves to a different location it can be a difficult process. When the company leadership team helps new employees with the moving process, it will give the company a chance to show that they value their new employees and understand moving to a new location is tough. When employers help with the moving process, it will help new employees feel welcomed and cared for.
