Services Offered
Customized Tour: $350
Show your candidate or new hire why the Chippewa Valley is the perfect place to call home. The tour includes:
- Introductory survey to assess needs
- Customized community tour (schools, businesses, resources)
- Welcome packet with tailored information
- Post-tour survey
- One-month follow-up to address additional needs
Settle-In Service: $250
With the settle-in service, your employee will receive a questionnaire to assess the needs of the individual or family, a personalized welcome packet, and quarterly check-ins with updates about community events.
Partner Career Support: $150
Includes connecting with partner to assess the most desired position, circulation of resume to Chamber Investors, and/or personal emails/calls to relevant company contacts.
Welcome Basket: $100
Includes a basket of local products delivered to the individuals/family’s home or workplace.

Through the new Explore Eau Claire program, a personal concierge acts as a connection to your job candidates and new hires as they make the choice to call Eau Claire home and begin the process of relocation. We ask what's important to them in a community, then research, communicate, and make connections for them in areas such as:

Explore Eau Claire does what you cannot.
Individual Attention to your Job Candidates:
The family a candidate brings often influences their decision to accept a job. Our concierge asks key questions about their personal life (marital status, children, hobbies) to understand their needs. We then offer a tailored tour and provide resources to showcase how the Chippewa Valley can meet those needs.
Personal Acclimation for your New Hires:
If your new hire and their family feel connected to the community, they're more likely to stay. Our concierge learns about their interests and connects them to the Chippewa Valley, whether it's arranging a dance studio tour, highlighting fly-fishing spots, or linking them to local youth hockey teams.
Focus on Accompanying Partner:
An accompanying spouse/partner securing employment is another vital factor in a family choosing to stay in the area. We can distribute a spouse/partner's resume to our Chamber Members and other prospective employers. This is a win-win for all, as we know area employers are looking for quality candidates.
Investor Levels
Explore Eau Claire is a new program from the Chamber to help solve our workforce challenges. We help you sell our community to your job candidates as they choose to call Eau Claire home. As an investor in this program, you are assisting the Chamber to establish and grow the Explore Eau Claire concierge services. We know how important it is to solve the workforce needs in Eau Claire and we need your help.
Explorer Investor
- As an Explorer investor, you will receive a $1,000 credit to use on any of our services. You will also receive the benefits listed above under the investor levels tab.
Supporter Investor
- As a supporter investor, you will receive a $500 credit to use on any of our services. You will also receive the benefits listed above under the investor levels tab.
