The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) announced in February 2024 a new national talent attraction campaign that aims to bring new workers to Wisconsin to tackle our statewide workforce challenges. Through valuable partnerships with the national Talent Attraction Consultancy - RoleCall and the advertising agency - Hoffman York, WEDC launched LookForwardWisconsin.com
The Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce is collaborating with WEDC through this initiative as a Community Ambassador. As Community Ambassadors (60+ statewide), we have the privilege to share our passion for Wisconsin and make valuable personal and professional connections for potential new Wisconsinites. Relocation is a big decision and our role helps potential new Wisconsinites feel connected to our communities.
